We believe training should feel good for you and your dog. We focus on helping you understand what your dog is trying to say, building stronger communication, and creating real progress through support, structure, and fun.

We started No Paws Like Home because we kept seeing the same problem.
Big training companies would show up with harsh, outdated methods, promise quick fixes, and then vanish. The dog was confused. The owner felt overwhelmed. And the relationship between them took the hit. Families were left alone with no guidance, no support, and no one to lean on.
We knew there had to be a better way... so we built it.
At No Paws Like Home, we do the opposite of that experience. We’re a small, hands-on team that values kindness, clarity, and real communication. We stay involved. We teach you and your dog together. We build confidence, not fear. And we make sure you have support for the rest of your dogs life.
We started No Paws Like Home in 2021 because we wanted families to finally feel supported and connected in their training journey. What surprised us most wasn’t how many dogs we helped, but how quickly a real community formed around it.
Owners started sharing their wins, cheering each other on, and showing up for their dogs in new ways. We saw families who once felt lost finally feel hopeful again. Dogs became calmer. Owners became more confident. And everyone began working as a team.
We train dogs and owners as a team, and everything we do follows the Humane Hierarchy — the modern standard used by professional training organizations to guide ethical, effective training.
Every program begins with getting to know you, your dog, your goals, and your daily routine. That helps us make sure we’re a good fit and lets us create a plan that feels realistic, personal, and sustainable for your home.
Our approach blends science-backed training with relationship-building games, fun engagement work, and clear structure so your dog learns and actually enjoys the process.
At the end of the day, we want you to feel supported, your dog to be happy, and your life to be easier. Training shouldn’t be confusing or stressful. It should feel clear, doable, and actually enjoyable for both of you.

I’m Kaiden, and I’m the CEO of No Paws Like Home. I care deeply about helping owners truly understand their dogs and feel confident working with them in everyday life, not just in structured training sessions.
You’ll meet me at your complimentary in home consultation and temperament evaluation. That first meeting is about clarity. I want to understand your dog, your goals, and the dynamic in your home so we can build a plan that actually fits your real life.
If your dog needs a more complex or specialized program, I’ll be the one guiding you through the entire process. From assessment to structure to long term support, my role is to make sure you are not just following instructions, but understanding the why behind what we’re doing.
My focus is building capable dogs and confident owners who can handle real world situations with clarity and consistency.

I was born and raised in Southern California and have always felt most at home outdoors with a good cup of coffee in hand and a dog by my side. I bring a calm, thoughtful presence to my work and have a particular love for training sport dogs, especially scent work.
I am currently finishing certifications in canine fitness and canine nutrition, expanding my education so I can support dogs not only behaviorally, but physically and nutritionally as well. My approach is practical, detail oriented, and centered on long term wellbeing.
I am drawn to the details. How a dog moves. How they use their nose. How conditioning, structure, and daily routines influence confidence and focus. I believe well rounded dogs start with their health. When the body is supported, the mind follows.
Whether I am working with a sport team or a family dog, I prioritize clarity, communication, and building dogs who are strong, capable, and fulfilled in real life.

I’m Hayley, and I’m the person making sure everything behind the scenes stays organized and easy for you. I handle scheduling, communication, reminders, and all the details that keep your training program running smoothly. If you ever have a question, need clarity, or aren’t sure what comes next, I’m the one you’ll hear from.
My pack:
Dobby: my chihuahua old lady princess, the diva in charge
Scooby: my sweet old terrier man with many quirks
Ollie: my partner's service dog in training
I love helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their entire program. My goal is to make this experience stress-free so you can focus on enjoying the progress you and your dog are making.
